Leslie C. Tabony

Leslie Tabony, Sr. VP of Operations. Ms. Tabony has over 27 years of experience in Operations, Marketing, and Strategic Alliances with large engineering firms and the Government sector including federal, state and municipalities. Expertise includes understanding of the disadvantaged minority business applications in performance of Planning, Civil Design, Program Management and Construction Management contracts.

Ms. Tabony also has strong skills in contracts, teaming agreements, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), contract administration, and negotiations pursuant to level of effort and cost structure required for the successful completion of Request for Proposals (RFP). Ms. Tabony has served as the Proposal Manager on hundreds of proposals for numerous Agencies at all levels of Government.
